  • SME Offices offer a service that includes overseeing the property search, negotiation, legal process, building surveys, furniture and  can provide details for office fit outs and refurbishments.
  • We can act as your property department for the period of time you need us, whether that is a day a week or to be at the end of the phone, we can put together a day rate to help get things organised, even if you want to do other aspects yourself.

Pricing

Every property instruction is different so we are happy to quote for each individual request but at SME Offices we are agile in our approach, so please talk to us to see how we can support you. For a high level view, fees in the market are typically:

  • For serviced offices the serviced office operator (think WeWork / Regus etc) pay our fees, it costs you nothing.
  • For traditional office acquisition typical agent fees are 10% of the first years rent – SME Offices will beat this.
  • For specific tasks / project advice, we can charge on an hourly or day rate so please contact us for options.
